What is your plan cancellation policy?

Bookings canceled within 24 hours of an appointment will be subject to a $49 service charge unless your plan is changed or bookings are rescheduled.

What is included in a cleaning service?

We’ll perform a regular cleaning, excluding inside of cabinets, baseboards, windows, and anything under the extras, unless they are added to your service.

How do the cleaners get access to my home?

If you won’t be home when we get there, just let us know where the key is or what the code will be.
